I want my old nickname back Poe Rava Tahiti ツ the name my grand mother gave me I am proud to use on FB! Not my birth name on my public profile for someone to steal ,!! I am not getting a valid code to regain my account nor given the choice for a nickname, then why give us that choice if you will change it on us. Then they sent a code and i went thru all the steps they asked of me.

Social platform, eh? Don’t collect personal data, eh? it appears that they aren’t so social and don’t want us to know where they are either.
At least not when it comes to helping out on an issue. Every search brings me right back to the “Help” which is no help at all. My so-called catagory isn’t listed and I’m not going to read 5 pamphlets on the topic of help.
The richer they get the less service we get. Now please, wouldn’t it be nice to get someone on the other end of the phone or receive an email from someone who can actually read and then solve your problem. At the same time, providing employment opportunities. Or is this really just “Big Brother” watching us?

Ripping off hundreds of innocent customers who like them on Facebook. They receive your payment and then you wait and you wait and you never get what you ordered. Don’t know who you are but you got that email for FaceBook 100% correct. Just emailed them with a complaint and recieved a response, albeit a bolier plate resposne but ti was from Facebook, several minutes later. The worst part of it is that I am not even a member of FaceBook but I am getting spammed by them. As for the other complainers, I ahve to say that I have no sympathy for them as they asked for what they’re getting when they signed on. What’s worse, they don’t even realiuze FaceBook is literally raping thier privacy rights for even bigger corporate profits.

Good day Sir/Madam. My name is Ekene Okororie, from Nigeria. I was a facebook user until my account got disabled and a report was sent to me through my e-mail address (visitme4you@yahoo.com). I don’t fully understand why and im sure I didnt violate facebook policy, maybe unintentionally.
HOW IT HAPPENED: I sent an important message to a friend on my facebook and refreshed the page, then copied, pasted and sent the message again so the person could notice it once she logged in. Then next response I got was my facebook disabled permanently.
I was referred to the help centre but unfortunately, I have forgotten some details I opened my account with (e.g. Date of birth). I tried some help tips and places but nothing came out. I tried opening a new account still the old one bearing my numbers, name and e-mail addresses is still valid and I can not process the new account with those information I used for the old one.
I have had so many sad moments since that account was disabled, so I keep trying ways to see if their is any way you could help me and make me the happiest facebook user once again.

Well, I cannot get on my timeline and try to post stuff and am not allowed to. I keep getting bumped off the site too. So I am really beginning to wonder…………….
My access to Facebook has been temporarily stopped. I don’t know why. Three weeks ago or so I couldn’t use it for 14 days because I sought friendship from someone I didnt know. That’s a stupid rule but I abided by it. Since I’m now off I have ONLY sought friendship from two people, both people I know. That is the only people I have sought out since being reinstated. Now they tell me I’m off because I sought friendship from people I don’t know. I haven’t done this, only the two people I know since reinstatement. I called a niumber and those that answered said my Facebook acct etc had been scamed or gotten into. For 100 dollars I could have it straightened out. They didn’t seem credible so I said no. So that’s where I’m at, being blamed for something I didn’t do, trying to find help with this inept Facebook operation to get back access to something I didn’t do anything wrong. It’s silly how totally inept and Facebook is for blaming someone for something I didn’t do, and then not being able to find no one that can help. What a totally fucked up operation. Zuckerberg can’t give a shit evidently to allow this bullshit to go on. Why I even take the time for this is beyond me.
